Mr. Young’s experience includes approximately 500 hearings before a Social Security Administration Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Young has represented Social Security Disability Claimants before the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration, and in the Federal District Court and Federal District Court of Appeals. Mr. Young has read and studied the rules and regulations issued by the Social Security Administration governing the process for handling claims as well as the regulations governing disability for both Title II Disability, and Title XVI Supplemental Security Income. These listings cover a multitude of problems including non healing broken bones, psychiatric issues, spinal cord injuries resulting in paraplegia and quadriplegia, blindness, back injuries, and diseases such as Lupus, Diabetes and Crohn’s Disease.
