John P. Young is your Indiana Injury lawyer. Mr. Young’s Indiana injury attorney practice is centered in Indianapolis with the firm of Young and Young. Young and Young have been Indiana Injury Lawyers since 1954. Mr. Young has been practicing over 22 year exclusively in the field of Indiana Injury law. Mr. Young and the lawyers of Young and Young practice all over the State of Indiana. We handle all serious injury cases whether they arise out of a construction accident, car wrecks, semi tractor-trailer accidents, highway accidents, or drunk driving accidents. We have represented Hoosiers with many different types of injuries including, but no limited to amputations, brain injury, wrongful death, broken bones, spinal cord injury. We know the medicine of these injuries because we work closely with our clients’ doctors to insure we properly present the full extent of the injury to the insurance company for the person who negligently caused the injury.
As part of our efforts to fully understand the dynamics of injury and how they affect our clients we keep track of how accidents occur and the effect of those accidents on the people involved. Unfortunately we report today an collision involving a young Hoosier. A youth from Carmel Indiana, age 15, Morgan Clouse died as a result of a collision. Young Mr. Clouse was riding a scooter in Hamilton County at approximately 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of 98th and Keystone Parkway. Mr. Jack McKinney was operating a Honda Ridgeline westbound on 98th Street attempting to turn south on Keystone Parkway. We do not know which direction Mr. Clouse was driving the scooter. Apparently Mr. Clouse entered the intersection and collided with Mr. McKinney’s vehicle. Mr. Clouse was wearing a helmet, but it may have come off in the collision.
We offer or sincerest condolences to the family and friends of young Mr. Clouse. Remember, scooters and motorcycles have a right to use the road and are entitled to the right of way just like a car. Always remain alert for the presence of our fellow Hoosiers on the road on a scooter or motorcycle.
