Indianapolis Personal Injury Law Firm
Young & Young — A Proud Tradition of Service to Indiana
Established in 1954, the Indianapolis personal injury law firm of Young & Young has a long record of distinguished service to Hoosiers needing help involving such issues as personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, Social Security disability, construction accidents, wrongful death litigation, large truck accidents, drunk driving crashes, highway accidents with semi–tractor trailers, or motorcycle accidents. To learn how our experience can benefit you and your family, contact us for a FREE consultation in downtown Indianapolis.
We accept personal injury, wrongful death, and Social Security disability cases on a contingent fee basis. That means that we only collect our fee when we recover compensation for you and your family. Each of our attorneys is a seasoned and knowledgeable trial lawyer who knows how to investigate an accident claim, evaluate and document a damages claim, and present evidence to a judge or jury in a way that is both persuasive and clearly understood.
Perhaps the greatest strength of our personal injury firm, however, is our thorough commitment to traditional professional values in the practice of law. Three of our attorneys are brothers; our late father had a legal career of more than 60 years. Our mother was one of the few woman trial lawyers in Indiana, and continues to advise us in her retirement. Our grandfather was an Associate Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court who started his legal career in 1903. We are proud of our community and work hard to make it a better place for all of us to live.
Our sense of ethics and professional integrity is based on the values of honesty and courtesy in client service that characterized a time when the law was one of the most respected, rather than least respected professions. Those same values demanded that lawyers serve as community leaders ready to help when and wherever needed. We continue that tradition of service to the profession through our involvement with organizations and committees ranging from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where two of our attorneys served as president.
We are convinced that our clients are the ones who benefit the most from our daily commitment to integrity and courtesy in our professional dealings with opponents and courts at all levels. We see the respect with which we're greeted every time we walk into court. Fortunately, we're smart enough to understand that we must never take that respect for granted, but instead must work hard to validate it every day.
