Young & Young — A Proud Tradition of Service to Indiana
Established in 1954, the Indianapolis law firm of Young & Young has a long record of distinguished service to Indiana clients who have needed help with legal problems involving such issues as personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, consumer protection issues, Social Security benefits claims under the SSDI and SSI programs, construction accidents, or wrongful death litigation. To learn how our experience can benefit you and your family, contact us for a free consultation in downtown Indianapolis.
We accept personal injury, wrongful death, and Social Security disability cases on a contingent fee basis. That means that we only collect an attorney's fee in the event that we collect on your claim through settlement or trial. Each of our attorneys is a seasoned and knowledgeable trial lawyer who knows how to investigate an accident claim, evaluate and document a damages claim, and present evidence to a judge or jury in terms that are both persuasive and clearly understood.
Perhaps the greatest strength of our firm, however, is our thorough commitment to traditional professional values in the practice of law. Five of our attorneys are brothers; our late father had a legal career of more than 60 years. Our mother was one of the few woman trial lawyers in Indiana, and continues to advise us in her retirement. Our grandfather was an Associate Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court who started his legal career in 1903.
Our sense of ethics and professional integrity is based on the values of honesty and courtesy in client service that characterized a time when the law was one of the most respected, rather than least respected professions. Those same values demanded that lawyers serve as community leaders ready to help when and wherever needed. We continue that tradition of service to the profession through our involvement with organizations and committees ranging from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, which one of our attorneys serves as current president, to the Indianapolis Bar Association's Pro Bono Panel.
We are convinced that our clients are the ones who benefit the most from our daily commitment to integrity and courtesy in our professional dealings with opponents and courts at all levels. We see the respect with which we're greeted every time we walk into court. Fortunately, we're smart enough to understand that we must never take that respect for granted, but instead must work hard to validate it every day.
